Widescope prides itself on having a high ethical standard. We understand the difference between legal, and right. Widescope has no interest in
doing anything illegal, hence it defaults to doing things the right way.
Widescope can be trusted to provide sensible advice (or field services) limited to its scope of expertise. The Client will be advised, in a timely manner,
if those limits are being approached, let alone, exceeded.
Any information of a sensitive, or confidential nature is held securely by Widescope standard practice. This is of particular benefit when the Client is
not even aware of the sensitive nature of what they consider to be routine exchanges of information, or interactions. Widescope uses sound judgement
throughout all its dealings in order to deliver an appropriate level of discretion.
Widescope has no objection to participating in the process of entering into a Non-Disclosure, or Confidentiality Agreement. Such documents are first
reviewed and either accepted as-is, or negotiated to a mutually acceptable form. In the absence of such an agreement, Widescope will not divulge what
it considers to be sensitive or confidential information. In such cases, Widescope will engage with its Client to secure a clear understanding of how
to handle such information if release is deemed necessary.
Although the Principal at Widescope has had an extensive history with several manufacturers, Widescope has no contractual tie to any manufacturer, brand,
product, or representation of any brand or product. Casual, business relations are maintained with several manufacturers as a means of staying current.
However, the flow of information is strictly controlled to meet Widescope ethical standards.
Widescope simply provides consulting and field services within the scope of its own capabilities. Revenue is 100% generated within that scope. No other
revenue or benefit is derived from intentionally supporting the interests of any other party or tangible product.
